[va-bird] New hawk counting method

A new method for spotting and documenting migrating raptors at Rockfish Gap 
Hawk Watch was discovered quite by accident today.  Results were not 
discovered until this evening after uploading the photographs.
Below is link to digiscoped picture of the Outback air ship (blimp) flying 
over Crozet, VA approximately 3 miles east of observation at Rockfish Gap 
Hawk Watch at 11:44 a.m.
