[Va-bird] NO Yellow-headed Blackbird, Southampton County 12/21/13

I checked the Berlin location where a Yellow-headed Blackboard was last
reported 5 days ago.  It appears the entire flock has moved on, as there
was not a single icterid to be seen.  There was also a lot of hunting
activity in the area so, I didn't feel inclined to stay
