Hey LS.
N8's getting settled into his apartment, downstairs of duplex on Virginia
Ave. Old house with big rooms but not maintained. In fact, the previous
tenant moved out leaving behind bed, few other items and food in
frig. Hasbrook Realty is handling it. These damn places charge high rent
and then can't get stuff cleaned out or properly maintained. They at least
changed the locks. N8 wasn't going to use the furniture in case the fellow
came back and I told him by law the guy has abandoned the stuff and he can
do with it as he pleases since the real estate company is not making claim
to it.
He needs LR furniture like couch, chairs, coffee table, end tables,
barstools, lamps. Let me know if you hear of anyone who may have some of
ths stuff real cheap.
We have a fellow bringing by a 1988 Mercury Marquis he has for sale real
cheap ($900) as a possible car for Keith once he gets his license.
