Subject: Mute Swan Survey:
Every three years the Atlantic Flyway conducts a mute swan survey. This
being a year for the survey; we're interested in knowing the locations of
all mute swans and other feral swans (black, black-necked, etc) in the
state. If you site any mute swans in the next month during the course of
your field activities or if you know of any mute swan locations, please
fill out the attached data sheet and return to me by September 1.
Please forward to all field personnel or anyone else I may have missed.
