Two adult Mississippi Kites were seen over Waynewood Elementary School in
Fairfax County on Monday morning , August 25th. Julie Knight and I arrived
about 9:30am and waited. At exactly 10:00am two adult kites appeared over the
elementary school . We watched them for at least ten minutes before they
disappeared.
They later reappeared for a short time again. Bonnie Frazelle
