No sign of the Swallow-tailed Kite today, but there were 4 Mississippi Kites
(three SY birds and an unaged bird) feeding together on dragonflies at the
Eastern Shore of Virginia NWR today at 2:30 or so, watched for 10 minutes over
the Winslow Bunker. Also noted were a Cliff Swallow and five Broad-winged
Hawks
(one adult, four SY).
