[va-bird] Loudoun County 1/13/07

We birded part of Loudoun County today as part of the annual Raptor Survey.
Following is a summary of our results for the whole day.  We did have 6 Red
tailed Hawks, 4 Northern Harriers and 1 American Kestrel on Montressor Rd.
late in the day.
