[Va-bird] Lots of Razorbills - Back Bay NWR

I made s short visit to Back Bay NWR in Va Beach this morning. Stopping first 
at Little Island Park, I saw over 100 Razorbills fly by in less than 10 
minutes. Moving down to the refuge, I scanned the ocean for about 20 minutes 
and had at least 300 more Razorbills, including 40 or more at a time sitting on 
the water a couple hundred yards offshore. Looks like a possible repeat of last 
year's incredible Razobill bonanza.
