I checked today around the ponds here at the Abbey, and found 2 Lincoln
Sparrows among the other sparrows. There were also 6 Towhees, 7 Chipping, 34
Song, 2 Swamp and 9 White-throated Sparrows and 11 Juncos.
There were 4 Hermit Thrushes feeding in the Virginia Creeper vines near the
Abbey, as well as a Gray Catbird, and 2 Black-thr. Blue Warblers, 2 Black-thr.
Green Warblers, and several dozen Yellow-rumped Warblers.
