I made a VERY brief visit to Hunting Creek this morning and didn't see much
in the way of migrants. The highlight were 45 Caspian Terns out on the mud
flats in the river, but no Laughing Gulls
When I got home an hour later, I had a flock of 45 Laughing Gulls
calling/laughing and flying over my house. Maybe they just got into town?!?
This is the first time I've had these in my "yard".
I also heard my first House Wren of the year singing. Ahhhh.
