Birded Highland county this afternoon from 2:00 pm til twilight. Missed on most of the taget species but did finally manage to find a Bald Eagle along Hardscrabble road. White head, white tail with dark subterminal band. No white on body or wings. Another bird that was of interest was seen only briefly and at considerable distance matched profile for Rough-legged.
