Visitors:
Two truck drivers wondering what I was doing.
Weather:
After light WNW winds between 8:00 and 9:00 the winds changed to NW winds
for the rest of the count period. Cloud cover was 100% for most of the day
with the exception of an hour and a half between 9 and 11:00 when there was
a 20% blue sky with sunshine. Temperatures ranged from 2 to 4 degrees C.
Raptor Observations:
The 20% blue sky "window" between 9:00 and 11:00 was when today's raptors
made an appearance.
Non-raptor Observations:
36 Cedar Waxwings resting for about 15 minutes before resuming their
flight.
