Thanks to Tom Lord who kept the count from 1-3 p.m. today.
Weather:
Catching up on past week - We're nearing the end of our season and things
are slowing down. This past week only Monday had full coverage; 2 hours
on Tuesday. Another front moved through clearing out by Friday, Nov. 5 and
although a bit breezy with winds out of the NW, it was a beautiful sky.
Unfortunately, there was no coverage. Mon., Nov. 1 weather stats:
Wind change to out of the North 6-11km/h, shifting to NE and 1-5km/h
Temp: 23c (high)
Humidity: 33%
BarPressure: 1018
Cloud cover: mostly cloudy
Visibility: 30+km (no haze or fog)
Observations:
After yesterday's record-setting showing of Red-tails, things dropped off
quite a bit.
Bald Eagle - adult at 10:32 a.m.
Osprey - late season for our neck of the woods
