Weather:
clear skies, cool west winds all day. Temp starting out cool and making it
up to 23.5 today.
Raptor Observations:
Many migrants moving north in morning with decreasing number as the day
progressed. A wave of south bound migrants picked up at midday. The
flight was VERY low today for no apparent reason!?!
