Weather:
Almost 100% cloud cover all day with cool temps. At 13:00 I noticed what
appeared to be snow showers to the NW & N of site. By 14:30 the snow
showers reached the site and stayed around the rest of the counting
period. No accumulation.
Wind was NW at a 2 most of the day increasing in the 3-4 hr to a 3.
Raptor Observations:
All RT's except for 1 RS, 1 SS & 1 NH. This Harrier ties our all time
record of 73 set in 1988. This makes the 6th species to have tied a record
this year with 5 species breaking records.
Non-raptor Observations:
Very peaceful as there were very few parkway goers today.
