Ralph Wall and I braved the cold to identify 41 species. On the open water
above the falls, thanks to Ralph's scope, we saw canvasback, redhead, lesser
scaup and ruddy ducks in addition to our regulars. A bald eagle was low
over the river looking intently for food. This walk meets at 8:00am on
Sundays
in the courtyard of the Visitor's Center -- all are welcome.
