Tried a little pre blizzard birding at Dyke Marsh this a.m. in hopes of finding
one of our errant warblers... Alas, did not. Pleasant surprise among the
foraging sparrows was one FIELD SPARROW, otherwise, the usual suspects. Did not
look too hard for the Eared Grebe, but it's still there, as recently reported
by Russ Taylor...
