Would someone be able to help these folks out. Thanks
Hi . . . .
My husband George and I will be visiting relatives in Stafford on May 8, 9,
and 10. This will be our first trip to VA, so we'd really appreciate any
advice you can give us re good birding spots within an hour or two of
Stafford.
We'd love to hear about any field trips that bird groups might have planned
on any of those days and whether we would be permitted to go along. We
belong to Ohlone Audubon Society, which covers Southern Alameda County in
California's Bay Area.
I got the ABA book on birding in VA, but it would be great to hear from
birders who live there where you think the most worthwhile birding areas are.
We're hoping to see a few warblers and other migrants. As we won't be there
long, we hope to make the most of our time.
Thanks for your help.
