I went for a walk in the Fredericksburg-Spotsylvania Natinal Military
Park, Fredericksburg Battlefield, at the end of Lee Drive this morning
before the rain. I cme accross two pairs of Summer Tanagers, two pairs
of Scarlet Tanagers, and a pair of Yellow-billed Cuckoos, one with
nesting material.atbers
There were alo many Wood Thrush, Red-eyed Vireos, and Eastern Wood
Pewees.
Warblers were less numerable, though Blackpolls were still plentiful and
I saw a beautiful male Magnolia Warbler. They are always a treat.
