Hello all
This morning Pat & I checked out a few places in the Swoope & Stuarts Draft
area for any migrants that are pushing northward . At Smith's there were the
following .
Pied -- billed Grebe -- 1
Gadwall -- 4
Black Duck -- 6
Green -- winged Teal -- 7
Coot -- 2
Pectoral Sandpiper -- 2
At the Boy Scout Camp there were at least 4 Tree Swallow's
Dupont Pond
Black -- crowned Night Heron -- 2 adult & 1 Imm.
Hooded Merganser -- saw 2 female
Coot -- 4
No. Rough -- winged Swallow -- 1
Traveling on Rt. 608 near the Cheese Shop there were a few Purple Martin's
flying around .
Bells Lane
Red head -- 2
Hooded Merganser -- 3
Ruddy -- 2
Coot -- 1
Tree Swallow -- 5or 6
Rough -- winged --- 2
Barn Swallow -- 1
