I was surprised to see a little group of 3 flycatchers in the tiny stream
valley just uphill from the Long Branch Nature Center building yesterday
afternoon, Friday 4/2. I am sorry to say I'm bad on these IDs but they were
Acadian
Flycatcher-like guys and the call seemed right. Is this early for them? I
haven't noticed any reports on the list so far. Didn't make it back down today
to
see if they were still around... Cheers,

(Long Branch Nature Center is east of Carlin Springs Road in South Arlington.
Turn at the driveway for the medical offices at the bottom of the stream
valley hill about 8 blocks S of Rt 50 and keep going past the office complex to
the nature center parking area.)
