Yesterday my Dad and I birded Occoquan Bay NWR. There were a large number of
Tree Swallows, and a few Barn, Northern Rough-winged and Martins. A Virginia
Rail was heard. We stopped by the banding station to see a Swamp Sparrow be
banded and a Song Sparrow re-captured.
