Heard my FOS Whip-poor-will this morning, which I expected due to the
progression of the Pawpaw buds in my yard. Just as I wrote in my book (pg 97),
when the Pawpaw buds just start to open and look like little hearts, it's time
to listen for Whip-poor-wills. My book was published 15 years ago, and the
Pawpaw buds have not let me down once in all these years! Sincerely,Marlene
