[va-bird] Do Vultures Migrate?

Sorry one more question, does anyone know if Turkey and Black Vultures migrate. I have been noticeing large mixed flocks of 20-40 vultures lately. I have never seen flocks this large. Are they moving south? Is this a wintering phenomenon?
