Greeting all
There was a female Common Eider on the bay side of Island # 4 CBBT Yesterday (
10/16 )Also had Northern Gannet and a Meadowlark that gave us a up close look.
Island # 3 Had a White-throated Sparrow, Swamp Sparrow, Western Sandpiper, and
a Palm Warbler. 9 Black Scoters on Island #1 by the fishing pier. Island # 2
is still closed do to the storm. I had a Connecticut Warbler in a small tree
down the hill from the feeders, Kiptopeke Hawk watch and two White Crowned
Sparrows at feeder. Also seen both Kinglets my first for the season. It is
getting to be that time when you have to look at a lot of Yellow rumps while
searching for a goodie. !
