Did the CBBT Commission identify the specific security issues that they are
concerned about? Is it suicide bombers? Spying on Navy ships? Photography
of island facilities? And why are birders more of a threat than fishermen
who can approach the islands from the water? It's hard to discuss something
if you don't know specifically what you are talking about.
