[va-bird] Clark's Crossing 4/18

Birders,
In my ongoing quest to record the arrival of the Yellow-breasted Chats to the 
W&OD Bike Trail at Clark's Crossing in Vienna, I had a wonderful 
morning..albeit sans YBC's. Sightings included 3 White-eyed Vireos, singing 
lustily...one in the same spot as last week in the wooded edge along the soccer 
field; 2 adult male Orchard Orioles; a pair of wet Purple Finches drying out, 
shaking, and preening together on a branch above my head; masses of 
White-throated Sparrows; Common Yellowthroats popping up all along the trail; 
and in the grassy field of the equestrian area amidst the horse jumps, 6 
Northern Flickers probing the ground, a pair of Brown Thrashers, and a pair of 
gorgeous Eastern Towhees. List follows:

Mallard-9 (5 flying over)
