Hi
We are new to birding and love it and ended up at Blandy Farm today. We
spotted a bird that looked liked an American Kestrel, which we have seen in
abundance lately, but this one was much larger...maybe 15+ inches. We were
about 300 feet away when we spotted him in the top of a large tree with only
our untrained eyes. Any opinions? Is it an American Kestrel, even given its
apparent size? Some pictures for anyone that might be curious...
