Observation end   time: 17:00:00
Total observation time: 7.75 hours

Official Counter: Gene Sattler

Observers:        Robert Ferrell

Weather:
0-5% clouds, 73-81F, WNW 0-5 mph.

Observations:
Some kettles of 10-20 birds up to 13:30 EST, then the flight died out,
which wasn't unexpected, given the sky and the birds' altitude.  But the
flight didn't pick up again in late afternoon as hoped. Only three more
birds after 13:30.

Best bird of the day a Red-breasted Nuthatch that announced its presence
vocally on the crest, then took off headed SW down ridge.  Also RH
Woodpecker (1), RT Hummingbird (1), Monarchs (9), Green Darners (66).
