Observation end   time: 17:00:00
Total observation time: 7.25 hours

Official Counter: Gene Sattler

Observers:

Visitors:
Nine students from the Lynchburg College ecology class and fifteen students
from my Liberty University Animal Behavior class converged on the lookout
for a few hours in early afternoon, and they actually got to see some
birds.

Weather:
0-20% cloud cover, 72-79 F, WSW/W starting at 5-12 mph and diminishing to
3-8 mph for most of the afternoon.

Observations:
A little push during the 11:00 EST hour, with kettles of 20-90, then
tapering off for a quiet afternoon.  Birds were high, but a little lower
than yesterday, perhaps owing in part to a head wind.

Monarchs (3), Saddlebags (4), Green Darners (3).
