All,
I stopped off at Harrison Road today and found a flock of at least 20
Bobolinks in the field on the north side of the road just after you turn
off Rt. 245. The birds were spooked into the trees and onto the wires
when a Northern Harrier flew low over the field. I could hear more
still hiding in the vegetation there (not sure what the crop is) so I
know there were more than the 20 that flew out. To reach this spot,
take Rt. 245 south from I-66 and take the first right onto Harrison
Road.
