Hello Fellow VA Birders,
While doing a walk around Lake Royal in Fairfax County, saw a Palm Warbler
on the west side of the Lake, then later saw a Blue-Gray Gnatcatcher over on
the east side of the lake. Both of these are new birds for me since I have
only been birding for two years now. (169 species and counting, this is an
addictive hobby!
Today is the first day that I have not noticed any Grebes or Mergansers at
the Lake lately, they must have all flown north.

Regards

Robert Steele

Burke, VA
