The regular monthly bird walk sponsored by the Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy
at the Blue Ridge Center for Environmental Stewardship produced good numbers
and varieties of sparrows , kinglets , warblers and vireos. Highlights were
Grasshopper ( 2 ) ,Lincoln (2 ) , Vesper and White-crowned Sparrows. All were
seen around the new visitors center . List follows.

ps In my back yard this afternoon , amonst the several Blue-headed Vireos ,
Kinglets etc were late Nashville ( adult female ) and Black-throated Green (
HY female ) warblers.
