[va-bird] Birding Spots Northern Neck

I am going to be visiting in Port Royal this weekend.   I 
would like to go birding while I am in the area.  I was 
thinking about going to Westmoreland State Park and George 
Wahington's Birthplace.

Any suggestions where I can bird in the general area??

What kind of water fowl are there now??
