After unsuccessfully trying to find BG for several out-of-towners
(Roanoke, Charlottesville and Richmond), from 11:15 to 1:00 p.m., I just
decided to hang out around the Cameron Run area, especially since he had
been seen at the wave pool at 8:00 a.m. this morning and no one had been
able to relocate him at any of his other haunts.
My hunch paid off as the celebrity goose made his grand entrance,
setting down into the waters of Cameron Run at about 1:50 p.m., which is
exactly the time he splashed down into the Run on Wednesday for a group
of us.  What can this mean?  Can old Barney actually be depended upon to
show up on cue?  That would be good news for a whole bunch of people.

So, if you're still looking for him, be patient AND try the 2:00
p.m. time.
