The DC Christmas Bird Count is on Dec. 20 and I am responsible for the sector
that includes Dyke Marsh north to Dangerfield Island, south Alexandria, western
Arlington County, and Eastern Fairfax County west to near the beltway.
I am in fairly good shape but have no team covering the area of Long Branch
Nature Center and the W & OD trail at Glen Carlyn Park. The area to be covered
includes Long Branch and the adjacent stretch north to Wilson Blvd. and south
to Barcroft Park just south of George Mason drive and east of Wakefield High
School.
I would like a team there consisting of a minimum of 2 people. If interested,
