1800 to 1915 EDT: scoping W flats from base of sound wall at W end of
apartments, from Stone (GW Parkway) Bridge; E flats from along the bike
path for 200 m to south; then E and W flats from the bridge; and W flats
from base of sound wall;
23 to 22 C; moderately heavy overcast with a couple of rain drops;
briefly clearing enough to the west to cast a spot of sunhine on the MD
shore and create a strong partial rainbow; NNW 22 to 10 km/hr; low tide
1610; extensive flats to E when I arrived; higher bars and flats still
exposed at 1915; sunset circa 1902;
