The userpref hosts column in the MySQL database most likely says localhost
for each user preference. Now that the MySQL DB and the webmail are on
different machines, it should be the address (or name?) of the webmail
server instead.

Simply login to webmail and change some prefs or address book, look at the
database to see what it put in for the host column (now that they are on
different machines), then delete all the records that have the new host info
(to revert back to before the move), then run an update query to change the
hosts column from localhost to whatever it puts in there now (either IP
address of webmail server or name of webmail server)..

Good Luck!
David
