[v-webmail] V-webmail Status

Due to me recently leaving the Navy and returning to programming, the status
of
V-webmail as a free to use program has ended. This will undoubtedly
disappoint many, however I have to eat. :)
Naturally if you are currently using V-webmail you may continue to do so
without charge and those who have already purchased commercial licenses, are
also free to continue using V-webmail under the terms of said license.
