[v-webmail] Two small problems with v-webmail

Aloha,
I just installed v-webmail and most things run fine.
I got two small problems though.
Whenever I or any user sends an email to a random address, v-webmail also sends
a copy of that mail to me (or whoever was writing the mail).
The second thing would be that I can not create any folders.
I am using a remote imap server only where I get the mails from, not sure if
this is important.
Thanks in advance for any help or pointers into the right direction.
