The Federalist author let his real agenda slip through toward the end: "If the
poor Atlanta Braves and its baseball cartel can’t countenance a simple ban on
bribing voters, . . ."
Apparently, giving water to people standing in long lines while they wait to
vote because the state's administration has eliminated voting locations in
nonwhite areas counts as bribery instead of humanity. Of course, humanity
seems to stem from empathy lacking in the Georgia Republican soul.
