Interesting opinion piece.  It raises some important questions.  I wonder 
whether the Post would have printed it when the debate was going on a couple of 
years ago over the nature of the tax cut.  Deficits are not good but they are 
better than starving people.
As the author points out, the money can be used for education and 
infrastructure.  The resultant employment and prosperity should create a 
situation similar to 2000, when GW Bush came into office with no deficit as a 
result of general prosperity.
There is a recognition that tax cuts do not always benefit the economy.
