It appears that the Minsk Agreement process is Putin's means of nibbling away 
at Ukrainian sovereignty.  If it continues Ukraine will continue to shrink 
until it is once again part of the Russian sphere of influence [read empire] 
and another democracy will be down the tubes.  The analogy to the Sudetenland 
crisis of 1939 seems stronger than ever, even though the resultant process is 
slower.  Which democracy will fall next?   Eric
