A problem is defined by how you state it. For one example: If you define the
question as gun control, people are conditioned to oppose it. If you define it
as background checks, you get a different answer. if you define it as keeping
guns out of the hands of criminals, you get a third answer. The same can be
said about most of the "issues" in this screed.
A lot of people still hate Obamacare but love the Affordable Care Act.
Biden may not an FDR or LBJ. He just needs to be the best Joe Biden he can be.
