[usbca_chess] live, in-person chess tournaments are back!!!

Hi, everyone.

I don't know about you all, but the news gets my competitive blood
pumping. On the United States Chess Federation website, we've got
in-person, live tournaments back on the schedule.

Guess what? When, not if, we have a 2021 U.S. Championship for Blind
Players, it gets to be live and more than three of us will get to be
there! Now, here's to folks getting to the planning stages and
announcement of the tournament months in advance so we all can
prepare, meet up, and play.
