Its a great initiative. Particularly for the French tournaments'
games. I think, by default, the time ctrl is 1 hour and 45 minutes per
player. I would be glad, if someone could tell how to make the timing
suitable for the FTP and Skype group's tournaments, where the time
ctrl is 1 hour per player. Earlier, when I asked someone about it,
then I was informed, that in Eni file, of winboard timeing, we can do
it. But the Freechess.org does not recognizes it. So what is the
solution?
Another one is that, we can play and time the games. But as we know,
that the commands for going one move backword is alt+left arrow. And
for taking one move forward is alt+right arrow. While observing
someone's game, we do require such commands. But, with the winboard
timing, if such a command is pressed, then all the moves played so far
while timing or playing are automatically erased. And the Winboard
also doesn't announce the previous moves. If such a file is saved,
after pressing the above keys combination, then next time after
opening it. We don't get the played moves at all. Hence, I request
you, to try this as per your own convenience. And please let me know
their solutions.

For all WinBoard users, I modified an idea I saw in Olivie's chess group and
adapted it to time games in USBCA live Skype games. I have a set of files I
can make available to WinBoard users interested in using that software to
time games with the clock settings we use for our live tournaments.
