Hi, everyone.
Caruana v. Carlsen game 3 ended in a draw, like the two previous.
Below my signature is the game score. Got it via Olivier's Skype
tournament group, so I figured I'd pass it along.
One of the benefits of these shorter and quicker matches is that the
commentary via Chess.com/TV tends to be a bit more on task since
there's less time for sidebar topics to take up the think time. Today
did feature a really good interview with U.S. highest rated woman,
Yifan Hou. I think that the endgame alone is worth our careful study.
But, here's betting we won't see another Rossolimo Sicilian in the
match. One kibitzer on Chessgames.com ran with Yermolinsky's advice
for Caruana to play the open Sicilian, e.g. 3.d4 instead of the 3.Bb5.
Needless to say, there's much chess buzz to study and enjoy out there
until colors are reversed tomorrow.

The Four Nations Chess League has recently seen some great action.
Tada Steel India blitz is happening now that Nakamura won the rapid
with a score of 6/9.
