Thank you everyone.  I appreciate any help you can give me.

My mission is to help US Chess TD's make otb games more fair for blind
players.  What reasonable accommodations need to be made?  What rules need
to be reevaluated?

If rules for others play need to change to make play more fair, I have
resources to make them happen by working with the US Rules Committee.

Please offer suggestions to be included in the Guidelines my committee is
writing to make chess more accessible.

I use a small board which I can cover with my two hands.  Many years

so I spread my hands out over the board.

I'm looking for usbca players who can help me teach sighted TD's and
tournament organizer how to better serve blind players in over the board
play.  What can US Chess do better to make our games more accessible,
inclusive and fair.
