Hello folks
In Round 8 the IBCA team beat Nepal 3-1. In Round 9 they lost 1.5-2.5 to
Tadjikistan who had a 2610-rated GM on board 1. Chris did not feature in either
match.
USA still lead the event. They are tied for first on 16 match points with the
Ukraine whom they beat in their meeting in Round 6. Ukraine have won all their
other matches while USA have drawn with the Czech Republic and Russia.
England are 10th with 13 match points, Scotland are 63rd with 10 match points,
Wales are 82nd with 9 match points and Ireland are an excellent 50th with 11
match points.
