I am a software developer that has an understanding of accessibility. If they are open to the idea, ask them to put me in  contact with their lead programmer. I can give tem a short tech talk on how to make their website accessible to screen readers. Good thing: it is not that hard.

Cheers.

Hello everyone,
I have connections at chess.com <http://chess.com> and wish that they were more accessible to you.  I can try to talk to them but I would need your help to do it.  Any thoughts on this?
